One-off SEO: website audit, on-page optimisation, meta tags, content review.
Ongoing SEO: blogs, keyword research, content updates, monthly reporting.
AI-assisted content may be used in both, with human review.

No Guarantees

Rankings, traffic, or revenue cannot be guaranteed.
Results depend on search engine algorithms, competition, and client cooperation.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate content, branding, and access to analytics/tools.
Approve AI-assisted content before publishing.

Reporting & Communication

Monthly or agreed reports on traffic, rankings, and work completed.
Feedback or review of results expected from client within agreed timelines.

Third-Party Factors

Algorithm changes, hosting performance, competitor activity, or platform updates are outside our control.

Payment & Ongoing Services

Monthly SEO subscriptions are invoiced in advance; cancellations require notice.
One-off SEO payments are due as per invoice, following standard Client Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content created (including AI-assisted) becomes client property once payment is received, as per Client T&Cs.
