Purpose

This policy explains how Alpha Designs uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the creation of content and images for websites, blogs, and SEO services. The goal is to enhance creativity, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining high-quality results that align with the client’s brand.

Human + AI Collaboration

AI is used as a support tool, not a replacement for human work.
All AI-generated content or images are reviewed, edited, and approved by a human before delivery.
This applies to website copy, blog posts, images, and ongoing content updates.

Client Persona & Approval

Before any AI-assisted content creation, Alpha Designs works with the client to establish a brand persona (tone, style, and target audience).
AI-generated content and images are aligned with the approved persona.
Clients have the opportunity to review content during the project. Payment of the invoice constitutes approval and acceptance of all deliverables, including AI-assisted materials.

Ownership

Ownership of all content and images, whether AI-assisted or fully human-created, transfers to the client upon full payment of the invoice.
Clients may use the content and images as agreed in the project scope.

Accuracy & Liability

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
Alpha Designs reviews all AI-assisted materials to ensure quality, but cannot guarantee factual accuracy.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying content for legal compliance, copyright, and factual correctness before publishing.
Alpha Designs is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-assisted content.

Ongoing Content & Blogs

For ongoing blogs or website updates, content may be created using a combination of human input and AI tools.
AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, while human oversight ensures alignment with the client-approved persona and project objectives.

Transparency

Clients will be informed when AI tools are used in content or image creation if requested.
Clients can request revisions to AI-assisted content during the project.
